11th Anniversary of Terra Viva Montessori Bilingual

A message to all our Educators!

It is hard to believe that we are about to celebrate 11 years since the opening of Terra Viva Montessori School. What began in 2014 as a small seed of a dream—with my own child as the very first student—has now grown into a beautiful living vision that proudly serves nearly 100 families across the Niagara Region.

Never underestimate the power of a DREAM. When a dream is born from love, service, and faith, its roots are destined to grow deep… and its branches will one day offer shade, strength, and fruit to many.

Because of this vision—educating children in the spirit of nature and through Montessori principles—I was blessed to call each of you into this community. Together, we serve children, grow alongside them, and offer our gifts to the world… one child at a time.

First Location at Lakeshore Rd, St. Catharines

Your work is not “just a job.” It is sacred. It is the foundation from which children begin to discover who they are, what they are capable of, and what they have come into this world to become.

You are the teachers… the givers… the guides… the friends… the nurturers… the mothers of the spirit. You are the inspiration that helps shape the child’s heart, mind, and confidence.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for standing beside me in this journey. Thank you for uniting as a strong team made of many nations, faiths, traditions, and cultures. This is what makes Terra Viva so special—our diversity, our unity, and our shared mission.

I want each of you to shine with your own light. Never hold back your gifts. Your uniqueness, your warmth, your talents, and your passion are not only seen—they are absorbed by the children, who learn by watching you.

Eleven years of dedication, growth, challenges, and victories… and we are still going strong. This is only possible because of the trust of our families and the commitment of our educators who truly understand the love from which Terra Viva was born.

As we celebrate this anniversary, I invite you to honour Terra Viva with your class. Create a special lesson or activity that helps the children reflect on what this place means to them—a place that is not only a school, but a second home, a community, and a space where we learn to live in harmony under one roof.

Thank you for your heart, your service, and your commitment to the children.

With gratitude and love,
